Very bad experience in my all life,I didnt see never ever like this hotel! The service is sooooooooo bad,i never come to this hot! I will not recommended,dont come to Laten Suites! U will waste money and spoil just nervous systems!

This was the worst experience at a hotel I had so far. First off, when I checked it, the receptionist could not speak English or Arabic well There was no Wifi at my hotel room! (2nd floor). And there was not hot water for the shower. The AC was old so loud I had to turn it off. Most important thing when I checked in, I asked the receptionist if I can cancel the breakfast, he said he can not, he told me there is no breakfast anyway because there is Ramadan(Muslims Fasting).

Very big room ,staff very helpful specially the lady try to arrange for me taxi but she direct me to bus station to Madina 5 minutes walking distance I will definitely stay there again when back to Jeddah
